Our cultural immersion was organized by fantastic Moroccan Yasmine Elbaggari, founder of Voyaj, authentic travel experiences that promote cultural understanding. She exposed us to the ancient land of Morocco, womb of civilization, commerce and mysticism, a dynamic bridge between Europe and the Arab world. The group was composed of 15 global citizens, courageous humans who are also in between worlds; realigning, recalibrating, refocusing, specially as we know that the world needs, now more than ever, that we show up in community to tackle the challenges of our era, and prepare ourselves to join visions to impact even farther with our choices, our work.
Visiting the ancient cities of Fes, Rabat and Casablanca, the artisans, the craft markets and its narrow streets, made us reflect the golden thread that unites our human story.
We drove for hours to the Sahara desert, like nomads of our time recording the magnificent landscape and interesting conversations with 360 cameras, to then sleep in tents under the stars and sing around the fire, sharing pieces of the collective vision.
In the interstitials, the mystery is sparked; in between trajectories our stories reveal the fragility of our hope and the aching for new beginnings.
